Cream Cheese Pinwheels


2 packages cream cheese

1 package ranch salad dressing mix (Sometimes I omit this.)

1/2 cup red pepper, minced (I use variety of mini sweet peppers.)

1/2 cup celery, minced

1/4 cup sliced green onion (I omit and use green pepper instead.)

1/4 cup sliced green olives

3-4 flour tortillas


20160903_104945Beat cream cheese, celery, peppers, onion and olives. Mix well.

Spread 3/4 cup on each tortilla.

Roll up tightly.

Wrap in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Slice into 1/2 inch pieces.

Makes 15-20 pieces.
