Salad Dressing for Mexican Meal

I whisk these ingredients to toss with mixed greens when serving a Mexican themed meal.


  • 2+ tablespoons of honey
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • 2 tablespoons of canola (preferred) or vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 (or more) teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Whisk together. Place in refrigerator. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before tossing with salad.
