I whisk these ingredients to toss with mixed greens when serving a Mexican themed meal.
- 2+ tablespoons of honey
- 1 large garlic clove minced
- 2 tablespoons of canola (preferred) or vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 (or more) teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Whisk together. Place in refrigerator. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before tossing with salad.
